A six-part curriculum covering the essential components of a heavy-duty conveyor system, built for Flexco employees, distributors, customers and mining schools. Engagement evidence

This released work connects the visual execution to a real business pressure, organizational change, and performance need. Case-study covers show engagement context; they are not presented as proof of an award unless an award is explicitly named.

Released Haworth engagement case-study cover

Haworth

Organizational change / ERP readiness

Making a global ERP change usable at plant level

01Operating pressure
Haworth had a defined supply-chain future state and an enterprise SAP program, but the distance between current plant operations and the future-state process created material readiness risk. A prolonged plant shutdown made the human and operating consequences visible.
02What SDI did
Defined a practical change-management process and toolkit for leaders and plant teams.
03Documented evidence
The released record documents increased plant productivity, improved inventory control, stronger SAP execution, standardized plant processes, and a better ability to anticipate readiness risks before productivity was affected.
04Explicit boundary
Outcome language is summarized from the released record; no unsupported savings or ROI figure is inferred.

Released A.J. Gallagher engagement case-study cover

A.J. Gallagher

Change adoption / Role-based learning

Aligning people, roles, and learning around operational change

01Operating pressure
Growth through acquisition left branches using different systems and processes. Roles were not consistently allocated, operating pressure was high, and a major technology-and-process integration risked creating more disruption if people could not perform in the new model.
02What SDI did
Worked with subject-matter experts to define role-specific knowledge and performance requirements.
03Documented evidence
The released case study records high employee engagement, requests for additional modules, greatly reduced downtime at go-live, and continued use of the learning assets for talent development and operational consistency.
04Explicit boundary
Competitive-selection and downtime language appears in the released client case-study record.

Released Amway global ERP engagement case-study cover

Amway

Global ERP learning / Outsourced capability

Scaling localized ERP learning across six continents

01Operating pressure
Amway needed to support concurrent Oracle implementations across regions with different business practices, technical readiness, languages, and delivery preferences. A fragmented internal-and-contractor model required heavy oversight and made consistency difficult.
02What SDI did
Established one accountable training team and point of contact for the global system.
03Documented evidence
The released record documents higher throughput, lower cost, more consistent design and delivery, improved project management, and successful support for aggressive regional go-live dates.
04Explicit boundary
Savings, staffing, course-volume, and geographic claims are taken directly from the released record.

Released Steelcase Global Leadership Development Experience case-study cover

Steelcase

Leadership capability / Global cohort experience

Building a shared leadership model across a global enterprise

01Operating pressure
Steelcase had outgrown a traditional leadership program that was no longer globally available, contemporary, or consistently used. Without a shared development experience, leadership expectations and styles varied across the enterprise.
02What SDI did
Facilitated senior-leader conversations that defined the leadership values and performance model.
03Documented evidence
The released record reports growth in humility, empathy, and trust across the pilot group, stronger collaboration, and a consistent leadership foundation for individual and collective development.
04Explicit boundary
The source describes participant growth without publishing a causal financial metric; this page preserves that boundary.

Released Flexco 3D conveyor-system learning model

Flexco

Custom learning / Technical knowledge transfer

Turning expert knowledge into an award-winning market-facing curriculum

01Operating pressure
A retiring field expert created an urgent knowledge-transfer need. The early work proved valuable enough to expand beyond internal employees into a product-quality learning system for global customers, partners, and academic audiences.
02What SDI did
Defined a connected curriculum spanning six eLearning modules, assessment, live learning, train-the-trainer support, and marketing assets.
03Documented evidence
The program became a global, market-facing learning product, earned Brandon Hall Group Gold, and recorded customer and employee ratings above 4.9 out of 5 with net promoter scores above 90 percent.
04Explicit boundary
Ratings, NPS, scope, languages, and award category are documented; no additional business-impact metric is inferred.
