Operational transparency

Privacy and data use, in plain language.

This notice explains what information the SDI Clarity marketing site handles, why it is used, the providers involved, the choices available to you, and how to ask a question or request a review.

Effective August 30, 2026.

What the site does today

Current marketing data flows

Contact requests

If you submit the contact form, SDI receives the name, email address, company, selected interest, source route, selected pressure, and message you provide. The site uses Resend to send the request to the designated SDI mailbox and may send you a confirmation email.

Your practical choice: The current form does not enroll you in a mailing list or an automated sales sequence. You can contact SDI by email or phone instead of using the form.

Readiness brief requests

If you request the Agentic Workforce Readiness Brief, the site sends your email address and the request source to SDI through Resend, then emails you a link to the public PDF. The request is also recorded in the designated SDI mailbox for follow-up.

Your practical choice: The current request does not enroll you in a mailing list. The PDF itself is publicly accessible without creating an account.

Clara conversations

Clara sends the message you enter or a page-specific starter you choose, the current page, and a conversation/session identifier to SDI’s Clara service. Conversation state and messages can remain in your browser for up to 24 hours so the conversation can continue across marketing pages. Starting a new conversation clears that browser record. Clara may return directional capacity or value estimates based on assumptions shared in the conversation.

Your practical choice: Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information. You can start a new conversation to clear the browser record, use the contact page, or call SDI instead. Clara estimates are illustrative and require practitioner validation before a business decision.

Scheduling with Calendly

The assessment and readiness-diagnostic pages can load Calendly’s scheduling experience. Information entered into that experience is handled by Calendly. If marketing analytics is configured, the site records that the scheduler was viewed and that Calendly confirmed a booking; it does not infer a booking from a link click.

Your practical choice: You can use the contact page instead of the embedded scheduler.

Marketing measurement

The public marketing site offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement for page routes, campaign parameters, and defined interaction events. The Google tag remains unloaded unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Arbitrary query values such as email addresses, reset tokens, and client identifiers are removed from page-view URLs before they are sent. Vercel Speed Insights measures aggregate page-performance signals such as loading, responsiveness, and layout stability; it is not used as a second marketing-traffic system.

Your practical choice: Choose “Necessary only” to keep optional Google Analytics off. Your choice is stored in this browser when browser storage is available and can be changed at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Marketing analytics and Speed Insights are limited to public marketing pages; they are not loaded in Engage.

Engage client portal

Engage is a separate authenticated client system. Its login and private routes are excluded from the marketing analytics component and are marked for search exclusion. Engage stores the authenticated session in the browser and communicates with the Engage service to verify access and tenant authorization.

Your practical choice: Only authorized clients and SDI team members should use Engage. Contact SDI support if you need access or want an account issue reviewed.

Control without losing function

Your choices and the boundaries we apply

Necessary site functions remain available whether or not you allow analytics. These include navigation, accessibility, contact requests, requested downloads, Clara, scheduling, and secure client login. SDI does not sell personal information through this site or use a form submission to enroll you in a mailing list automatically.

Contact and brief requests are delivered to SDI’s designated mailbox so the team can respond and maintain appropriate business records. Clara’s browser conversation record can remain for up to 24 hours. Provider systems may maintain their own operational, security, and legal records under their terms.

Review provider information directly: Vercel Speed Insights privacy and compliance, Google Analytics data safeguards, Resend privacy policy, and Calendly privacy notice.

This notice describes the current marketing-site implementation. It does not expand the access or search visibility of Engage, SDI’s separate authenticated client portal.
