01 / The business problem

Why the existing model could not simply continue.

A retiring field expert created an urgent knowledge-transfer need. The early work proved valuable enough to expand beyond internal employees into a product-quality learning system for global customers, partners, and academic audiences.

02 / What leaders needed to decide

What had to become clear.

The curriculum had to teach heavy-duty conveyor technology without becoming a product pitch, work across audiences and languages, and make complex equipment relationships visually understandable.

03 / What SDI did

A connected system, not an isolated deliverable.

  1. 01

Defined a connected curriculum spanning six eLearning modules, assessment, live learning, train-the-trainer support, and marketing assets.

  2. 02

Created a custom 3D conveyor model and animations to make the complete system visible.

  3. 03

Designed interactions around component identification, placement, safety, efficiency, and system performance.

  4. 04

Coordinated multiple specialist vendors and translated the system into five languages.
