The performance need

What the work had to accomplish.

Product training for Haworth's Maari seating line, built so a sales rep can either work through the full story or jump straight to the section they need. A four-part menu opens onto product, materials and positioning content, and hotspot interactions cover how Maari meets specific customer needs.

Designed for

Sales representatives who need both a complete product story and quick access at the moment of need.

02 / The design response

The craft followed the performance job.

  1. 01

Support linear learning and direct reference through the same four-part information architecture.

  2. 02

Connect product features and materials to customer needs through hotspot interactions.

  3. 03

Keep navigation light enough for a representative to return to the exact answer quickly.

03 / Explore the released work

Evidence should remain legible.

Open any frame at its released size to examine the interaction, information hierarchy, and visual system without asking a thumbnail to carry the proof.
