The performance need
What the work had to accomplish.
Formal and informal learning content for new and young professionals, helping them get up to speed and contribute more quickly. All eLearnings, videos, articles and infographics follow one visual and writing style. The portal is built as a city, with buildings representing topic categories, a library for further learning and a community center hosting discussion between participants.
Designed for
New and early-career professionals navigating a connected growth program.
02 / The design response
The craft followed the performance job.
- 01
Turn the program into a navigable city so topic categories have a memorable place and relationship.
- 02
Unify eLearning, video, articles, and infographics through one visual and writing system.
- 03
Give further learning and participant discussion distinct destinations inside the same experience.
Evidence boundary
Confidence includes knowing what the record supports.
The released primary frame demonstrates the portal metaphor and integrated content system. No speed-to-productivity result is quantified.
