Who He Is

Jeremy Erard founded SDI Clarity in 2003 in Greenville, Michigan. He has spent more than 20 years inside talent development, designing training for Fortune 1000 companies. Under his leadership, SDI has completed 450+ client engagements across 14+ industries for organizations including Johnson Controls, Iron Mountain, Consumers Energy, Meijer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, AJ Gallagher, LG, and Haworth.

Today, SDI Clarity takes an org design-centered approach to evaluating and implementing agentic AI opportunities, with the Agentic Workforce Assessment as its flagship engagement.

The Senior Practitioner Does the Work
