Operator Evidence
Definition
Proof drawn from running the actual work: real deployments, real baselines, real numbers, including the failures. It is the opposite of surveys of other people's work or vendor benchmarks. Operator evidence answers "what happened when you did it?" rather than "what did survey respondents say?" In an AI market full of secondhand claims, it is the standard buyers should hold any vendor to: show the workflow, the before-and-after measurement, and what broke along the way.
