Agent Orchestration
Definition
Coordinating multiple AI agents, and the humans around them, so work flows through them as one managed process instead of a pile of disconnected pilots. Orchestration covers routing tasks to the right agent, sequencing handoffs, escalating exceptions to people, and monitoring the chain end to end. It is the operational layer that turns individual agents into an agentic workforce.
